To work in conjunction with the service manager to ensure efficient and profitable operation of the service department.
Responsibilities:
- Manage own work order cycle process
- Schedule and assign jobs to technicians
- Review work orders for completeness
- Ensure all warranty and Product improvement Programs are completed
- Maintain a positive working relationship within the workplace with a constant commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service
- Maintain service department filing & records
- Update customer profiles using information from completed work orders
Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12
- 1-2 years’ experience
- Excellent customer service skills and oral communications skills
- Computer skills, strong organizational abilities, strong work ethic
Position is permanent, full time paying $40,000 - $42,000 depending on experience
Hours are 4 days a week 8-5 plus Saturday 8-1
